Do I need to sign in for my delivery?

Not really, you can place your order as a guest. But nevertheless, signing in will help us understand you better and improve your shopping experience.

How long does it take to get my order?

We aim to dispatch your orders within 48 hrs of placing it,Once the product is dispatched it will delivered at your place within 5-8 business days.

How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

You can cancel the order anytime before it is out for delivery by login into your account. If the order has been already shipped, you can refuse to take the delivery and we will refund the amount to the source account, if it was paid online.

What is the process to return the order?

In case of manufacturing defects like stitching and pasting, the order can be returned within 10 days after delivery. You can mark email at care@minniejones.com to our support team to arrange pickup.

How to track the order I have placed?

When the order shipped, you will be notified via email with your tacking number. You can visit https://track.delhivery.com to track order status.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order once it has been placed?

No, Unfortunately you cannot modify once order is placed. 

After cancelling the order how soon can I expect the refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will initiate refund within 14 business days.

Is the EMI option available on Minnie and Jones?

Not now, but we will be very soon available with it.
