Return and Cancellation Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty (Only applicable for Leather Products)

In the unlikely event of a noticeable defect in only leather within 3 Years from the date of purchase, we will either pay for the repair or repair your item in-house. The decision to replace a product is at our discretion. Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty does not cover leather scuffing, change in appearance of naked, vintage and hunter leather (crazy horse), marked fabrics, loose stitching or general wear & tear from use.
If you do experience any problems with a product after purchase, please contact us at care@minniejones.com and we will do our best to help.

This warranty is valid unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If an order is returned to Minnie & Jones because of a refused, unclaimed or unsuccessful delivery, all shipping costs and associated import fees and charges will be deducted from a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@minniejones.com

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any of your placed order at MINNIE & JONES until its not dispatched from our side. You can go to your order section and cancel your order.

In case you want want to return or cancel your order once it’s delivered to you, then you can drop an email to care@minniejones.com  within 10 days of purchase (only applicable on leather products)

Shipping

To return your product, you should send mail at care@minniejones.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
